When and how often do I get paid?Commissions are paid monthly at the beginning of the month provided that affiliates meet or exceed a minimum of $25.
How do I get paid? Paypal or check?Payments are made via preferrable through Paypal however for Affiliates without a Paypal account we will mail checks. You will receive notification by email when you have received a payment.
What is the commission rate?The commission rate starts at 10% with a 5% increase for simply adding a link, banner or some form of promotion to your website. Affiliates can earn up to 20% when they refer other affiliates to our website. Our tiered program is setup to give an additional 5% commission when you refer other affiliates to our program. Commission is paid on the initial sale.
Do you have a multi tiered program?Yes. We offer a multi tiered commission program that you can take advantage of for increased commissions for referring other affiliates.
Do you use cookies to track visitors I refer to your site, and how long are cookies set for?Our cookies last for a maximum of 30 days from the initial visit/purchase.
Do you offer statistics to your affiliates?Yes. When you log in to your affiliate member area, you will find information on earnings and other statistics.
Will you provide me with affiliate links?Yes, we have a number of text, graphic, and banner links you can use. Use the link generator which will create a link for you that is pre-populated with your unique affiliate ID. Then simply copy and paste the code to your website, where your visitors can click on it.
Do you provide any affiliate marketing training for your affiliates?Yes. We currently have some useful articles and ebooks available free of charge for our affiliates in our "Affiliate Marketing Resource Center"
What is the average commission per sale?Sales on the website generally range from $20.00 to over $100.00 per transaction, producing commissions of $2.00 to $10.00 per sale for orders generated from you link.
